(Background)
(Re)shaping Bukalapak Internal Research Directory
Bukalapak Insight is an internal research directory that documents all research conducted within the company and team. However, the website was riddled with issues, leading the team to rarely use it.
The research team has conducted audits, interviews, and analyses to identify areas for improvement. The Goals is to implementing that & also improving overall website experiences.

Content focus approach
To improve readability on text-heavy websites, I use ample whitespace and highlight key visuals.

Centralized all related project file & information in one places.
Previously, insights were posted separately, leading to confusion. Now, all relevant information for a topic or project is summarized in a single post, making it easier to manage insights.

Convenience discovery experiences
To simplify searching for information on the website, I proposed a more advanced search feature with additional search keywords and personalized recommendations.
